We deal with legal issues arising from the use of IT and data wherever they arise.

We act for providers and consumers of information technology and advise on a variety of computer and internet related issues, including the creation, terms of use and installation of software and databases and the order and commissioning of systems. We handle routinely copyright, database, domain name and trade mark issues which arise in the creation and use of information technology.

We advise on the commercial aspects - the supply, transfer, use and licensing of computer software and hardware, on facilities management and for the sale of goods and provision of services on the internet.

Where necessary, we will represent our clients to enforce IT rights against infringers or in the event of insolvency, to defend against claims from licensors or licensees or consumers, and to coordinate international intellectual property and brand protection strategies.
